MICHAEL ANTHONY MERCER, 46, of Wellsburg, WV passed away June 6, 2024, at Trinity Hospital, Steubenville, OH. Michael was born September 26, 1977, in Wheeling, WV to Pamela Sue Nolan Mercer and the late Jerry Brent Mercer.
