NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Brooke County Solid Waste Authority will conduct a public hearing concerning the five year update of the Comprehensive Litter and Solid Waste Control Plan and the Commercial Solid Waste Facility Siting Plan.
The hearing will take place at the Brooke County Solid Waste Authority, at 231 Rockdale Road, Follansbee, WV, on Monday, July 22, 2024 at 4:30 pm during which time public comments will be heard.
Copies of the plan are available for public review at the following locations:
Brooke County Clerk’s Office, Wellsburg, WV,
Brooke County Library; Follansbee, Wellsburg and Mary H. Weir Weirton, WV.
Brooke County Solid Waste Authority, Follansbee, WV.
