ALECIA SUE TAYLOR WINTERS, 77, of Colliers, WV passed away July 25, 2024, at Brightwood Center, Follansbee, WV. She was born September 3, 1946, in Wheeling, WV to the late Lloyd and Florence Jones Taylor. She was retired from the Brooke County Senior Center.
