VERA “JEANIE” JEAN RUTAN, 66, of Moundsville, passed away Thursday, August 29, 2024. She was born January 7, 1958, in Glendale, daughter of Lloyd and Andrea Stanley Rutan. She was with Carrie Bell Pet Shop year ago. She was preceded in death by her mother and brother Raymond Rutan.
