JAMES GLENN LILLY, 71, of Follansbee, WV, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at his residence. James was born on August 20, 1953 in Wheeling, WV. He was the son of the late Albert Lilly and Edith Elizabeth (Williams) Lilly. James graduated from Jefferson Community College as an Electrical and Mechanical Engineer.
