RUTH DAUGHERTY, 96, of Weirton, WV passed Monday, September 23, 2024 at Hope Cottage in Weirton. She was born January 5, 1928 in Hollidays Cove, WV, daughter of the late Otto and Emma Rohner Ficker. She is also preceded in death by her loving husband of 70 years, Albert “Doc” Daugherty (2020); and sisters, Marie McVicker and Helen Knollinger.
