LARRY DWAYNE BAKER, 75, of Weirton, WV passed away peacefully on Monday, October 7, 2024, at Weirton Medical Center. Born on Sunday, November 7, 1948, in Steubenville, OH, Larry was the oldest of four children to Drexall and Patricia Anderson Baker.
