KENNETH ALLEN SPARKS, 65, of Weirton, WV, passed away peacefully after a brief illness on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. Born on December 18, 1958, he was the beloved son of Therman Allen and Alice Virginia Fields Sparks.
