EDWARD SELA BALDWIN, 81, of Weirton, WV died peacefully on Thursday, October 24, 2024, at Weirton Medical Center. He was born on May 27, 1943, in Weirton, WV, a son of the late Sela Russell and Eileen (Whitlatch) Baldwin.
