JERRY “MOUSE” CECIL FULKS, 77, of Colliers WV, passed away November 8, 2024, at home. Jerry was born January 8, 1947, in Wheeling, WV to the late Ralph “Joe” Cecil Fulks and Virginia Mae Perdue Eddy. Jerry worked as a painter and construction worker and was an Army Veteran serving during Vietnam in the 1st Calvary Unit and was also in the Army reserves.
