MARY BETH SMITH, 55, of Wheeling, WV, formerly of Weirton, WV passed unexpectedly Friday, November 8, 2024 at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown. She was born August 20, 1969 in Weirton, daughter of Betty Lemasters Riggs and the late Carl Riggs. Mary was a talented writer and novelist.
