WILLIAM ANTHONY FOLEY, 86, of Follansbee, WV, passed away suddenly on Monday, December 2, 2024 at his residence after a recent health struggle. Bill was born on January 29, 1938 in St. Joseph, Missouri. He was the son of the late William and Margaret Foley.
