REXAL TIMOTHY SANDY, 58, passed away on December 24, 2024. Born on July 15, 1966, in Weirton, WV, the son of Rexal Sandy and Betty (Vandyne) Sandy. A beloved community member will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Previously Rexal had pursued a fulfilling career at Weirton Steel before becoming an independent contractor. In Rexal’s free time, he was a member of the Weirton Men’s Group and had a passion for the outdoors, often engaging in hunting and fishing. In addition to his parents, Rexal was preceded in death by his sister Joann Greathouse. Rexal is survived by his son, Rexal Timothy Sandy II, and his beloved grandchildren, Emma and Rex Sandy. He also leaves behind his loving sisters, Barbara Ann Thomas of Middlebourne, WV, and Betty Diana Farhatt of Fayetteville, NC. No services are planned at this time.
