ROGER HENRY KERR, 90. of Wellsburg, WV died peacefully on Thursday, December 26, 2024, in the care of Liza’s Place in Wheeling, WV. Born on February 21, 1934, in Follansbee, WV a son of the late Henry Kerr and Evelyn (Robinson) Little.
