JAY D. RECK, 78, passed away peacefully at home in Wellsburg, WV on December 26, 2024. Jay was born in Wheeling, WV on November 10, 1946, to John Reck Jr. and Dorothy (Frazier) Reck. Jay worked at Koppers Inc. for over 30 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. He was a member of the Sugar Run Lodge.
