JAMES CHAD HALL, 58, of Wellsburg WV died peacefully on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at Peterson Rehabilitation Hospital in Wheeling WV. Born on July 1, 1966 in Wheeling, WV, a son of the late James and Colleen (Ward) Hall. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two sisters, Celeste Hall and Elizabeth Withers Fair and his brother William “Hookie” Withers. In his spare time he loved following the Pittsburgh Steelers at all the local watering holes. Chad graduated from Brooke high school in 1984 and throughout the years he worked as a laborer at Mondi Bag Co and held various other positions as a cook at the former Staffileno’s on the River. He was a Member of the Henderson Chapel A.M.E. Church. Chad is survived by two brothers, Ronnie Withers of Wellsburg, WV and Charles “Chopper” Withers and wife, Penny of Follansbee, WV; three sisters: Beverly Hall Lee of Columbus, OH, and Eileen and Lisa Withers, both of Steubenville, OH; and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. There was no visitation. All services were held privately at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by Mullenbach Funeral Home, Follansbee. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mullenbach Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
