William “Bill” Walters

WILLIAM “BILL” WALTERS, 75, of Weirton, WV passed away peacefully on February 9, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on September 17, 1949, in Steubenville, the son of the late Jack and Ruth (Ball) Walters.
