PHYLISS ANN GRIZZLE, 87, of Windsor Heights, WV passed away on February 19, 2025, at WVU Weirton Medical Center. Phyliss was born on February 28, 1937, to the late Violet Whittaker Corrick Costlow. She was preceded in death by her husband Norman, daughter Callie Sue and sister Mabel Braley. Her kind heart and ever smiling face will be missed by her son, James D. (Janet) Gubanish of Windsor Heights, WV; daughter, Tina M. (Mel) McEldowney of Port Clinton, OH; granddaughters Jody (Brian) Krzywdik and Jill (Matt) Kelley; six great grandchildren: Katherine, MacKinsey, Brennen Krzywdik, Deming and Zane, and Zachary Kelley; sister, Joyce Skaggs; and nieces and nephews. The family would like to give a special thank you to Phyliss’ extended family in Arizona for their care and love of their mother. Per Phyliss request, there wer no services.
