ROBERT CARR SULT, JR., 84, of Wellsburg, WV, died peacefully on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at Ann’s Country Retreat. Born October 14, 1940, in Fairmont, WV, a son of the late Robert Carr and Mary Frances (Kirchner) Sult, Sr. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter Cindy (Sult) Dixon and his brother-in-law, Jack Milewsky.
