ALLEN RAY JONES, 64, of Weirton, WV, passed away Monday, March 10, 2025 at WVU – Weirton Medical Center. He was born November 21, 1960 in Weirton, son of the late Ralph and Dorothy Quinn Jones. He is also preceded in death by his loving wife, Patricia Louise Jones (July 2023); infant daughter, Jennifer Marie Jones (1980); brother, Eddie Jones (November 2024); sisters, Jeanie Jones and Karen Howell. Allen was a social member of American Legion Post No. 10 in Weirton and was an excellent pool player. He is survived by brothers, Ronnie Jones (Donna Gialluco) and Michael “Mike” Jones (Corrina Davidson) of Weirton; sisters, Patty Vaughan of Mannington, WV and Debra Moore (Larry Guio) of Weirton; stepson, Bud Shriver, Sr.; stepgrandchildren, Buddy, Jr., Sindell, Jeania, and Nevaeh; his Uncle Carl Quinn (Sharon); his Aunt Elizabeth King (Marty Anderson) and several nieces and nephews. Visitation was held Thursday, March 13, 2025, at Steel and Wolfe Funeral Home, Weirton, where the funeral was held Friday, March 14, 2025, with Pastor John Kotsanos presiding.
