CARL MILAN MILLER, 74, of Wellsburg, WV passed away March 13, 2025, at home. He was born October 6, 1950, in Follansbee, WV to the late Earl Wilson and Hilda Maxine Coen Miller. He was a retired electrician for Centre Foundry, was a Worthy Patron member of the Order of the Eastern Star, and Past Master and 32nd Degree member of the Wellsburg Masonic Lodge AF&AM No. 2, Northern Panhandle Osiris Shrine, and Tin Lizzy, and Scottish Rite. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Crabtree Miller; three brothers, Earl, Albert, and Robert Miller; and his sister, Mina Marie Roberts. He is survived by his, son Jeff Miller (Carrie) of Follansbee, WV; daughter, Joy Michelle Delebreau (Ryan) of Marietta, OH; brother, Rex Miller, Sr. (Brenda) and sister, June Henthorn (Chris), all of Wellsburg, WV; and four grandchildren: Kevin and Andrew Walnoha, Zoey and Gabriella Miller, and companion Cindy Benedict. Visitation was held on Monday, March 17, 2025, at Reasner Funeral Home, Wellsburg. The funeral service was held Tuesday, March 18, 2025, with Masonic Honors by the Wellsburg Masonic Lodge AF&AM No.2.
