JERRI MITCHELL SHAFFER, 53, of Wheeling, WV passed away at home, March 14, 2025. Jerri was born March 21, 1971, in Wheeling, WV to the late Paul Mitchell Sr. and Nancy Williams Mitchell. Jerri leaves behind her two daughters, Jamie Davis and her husband Brandon of Wheeling, WV, and Isabella Shaffer of Huntington, WV, and a grandson, Damian. There was no visitation. A memorial service was be held Sunday, March 16, 2025, at the Community of Christ Church of Wellsburg, with Elder Betty Lallone officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to offset funeral expenses.
