REVEREND JESSE L. KEENAN, 92, of Follansbee, WV, entered into the presence of his Lord on Wednesday, March 19, 2025. Born on June 26, 1932, in Littleton, WV, he was one of eight children born to Jesse Lawrence and Bertha Antill Keenan.
