CAROL LEE HACKATHORN, 81, of Weirton, WV, passed Sunday, March 23, 2025 at home. She was born April 17, 1943 in Cleveland, OH, daughter of the late George and Ruth Ludlam Noles. She is also preceded in death by her son, Charles William Hackathorn III; and her sisters, Judy McGivern (Dennis) and Georgejean Noles. Carol was Christian by faith.
