PATTY LOU BUCEY BEAGLE, 87, of Weirton, WV, passed away peacefully Wednesday, April 9, 2025. She was born in Steubenville, OH, on September 23, 1937, and raised in Weirton, WV by her late parents Alfred Bucey and Emma Rachel Stewart Bucey.
