MARTHA E. HIGHLEY, 96, of Weirton, WV, passed Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at Brightwood Center, Follansbee. She was born August 17, 1928 in Clarington, OH, daughter of the late James and Alice Haslam McIntire. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Paul F.
