Top of West Virginia Announces Exciting New Summer Events: “Second Saturdays”

For the past 12 years, the Top of West Virginia Convention and Visitors Bureau has brought the community together with its annual concert series at the Weirton Event Center. In 2025, the concerts are returning in a new format: “Second Saturdays”.
