CHARLENE LEONA FRANCIS LEMASTERS, 87, of Wellsburg, WV passed away May 25, 2025, at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. She was born December 24, 1937, in Wellsburg, WV to the late Clyde Francis and Leona Miller Alexander. Charlene was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
