CARLA MARIE KLEPACK, 76, of Weirton, WV, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 3, 2025. Born on April 29, 1949, Carla was the daughter of the late Carl Bargar and Phyllis M. Reynolds Bargar Harris. She met her beloved husband, Michael Klepack, while he was walking to work at the Power Company.
