VIRGINIA E. TUSTIN, 100, of Weirton, WV, passed Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at home. She was born September 1, 1924 in Columbus, OH, daughter of the late William and Dorothy Ayers Craig. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Arthur L. Tustin (1998); daughter-in-law, Cindy Tustin (2012); two sisters and two brothers.
