ROBERTA ILIENE “DIDDY” (COLE) SMITH, 87 of Wellsburg, WV, passed away on Monday, June 9, 2025 at her daughter’s home under the care of Valley Hospice. Iliene was born on August 25, 1937 in Wheeling, WV. She was the daughter of the late Charles L. and Maggie Adaline (Minnis) Cole.
