BEULAH “BUNNY” D. BALLARD, 95, of Weirton, WV, passed Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at Hope Cottage, Weirton. She was born June 23, 1929 in Moundsville, WV, daughter of the late Jesse Lawrence Keenan and Bertha Antill Keenan.
