JOHN RICHARD CARE, SR., 87, of Wellsburg, WV, passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at his residence under the care of his son with the assistance of Valley Hospice. John was born on November 30, 1937 in Steubenville, OH. He was the son of the late Thomas Care and Virginia (Owens) Care.
