LINDA CAROL (BRANDT) PHILLIPS, 75, of Weirton, WV, passed away on Sunday, June 15, 2025 at Wheeling Hospital after a battle with health issues. Linda was born on May 3, 1950 in Follansbee, WV. She was the daughter of the late George Brandt and Norma Lee (Lowe) Brandt. Linda was a dedicated housekeeper at Ft. Sill, OK, where she served the Civil Service Units with care and commitment. She will be fondly remembered by many for her love of BINGO and her enjoyment of working through puzzle books—pastimes that reflected her cheerful spirit and sharp mind. In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her son, Lucas Phillips and many siblings, to include Donna Lee Nicholson. Linda is survived by her three children: Robert Phillips of Wintersville, OH, Kristie Therriault of Martins Ferry, OH and Jason Phillips of Avella, PA; ten grandchildren: Erin Barnes, Michael and Vincent Phillips, Chris Therriault and Heather, Shana, Sasha, Ashton, Seth and Halie Phillips; six great grandchildren: Clemontine, Abriana, Brittney, Alexander, Destanie and Austin; several siblings to include Billy and John Brandt; and numerous nieces and nephews.
