LINDA CAROL (BRANDT) PHILLIPS, 75, of Weirton, WV, passed away on Sunday, June 15, 2025 at Wheeling Hospital after a battle with health issues. Linda was born on May 3, 1950 in Follansbee, WV. She was the daughter of the late George Brandt and Norma Lee (Lowe) Brandt. Linda was a dedicated housekeeper at Ft. Sill, OK, where she served the Civil Service Units with care and commitment.
