Youngstown State University students earning a perfect 4.0 grade point average have been named to the President’s List for Spring Semester 2025. Local students on that list include Samantha Kress of Weirton, majoring in Nursing; Elizabeth Roush of Weirton, majoring in Nursing; Kameryn Eckels of Wellsburg, majoring in Nursing; and Ragen Valero of Wellsburg majoring in Nursing
