HUBERT “TD” RIGGS, JR., 57, of Wellsburg, WV died peacefully on Wednesday July 30, 2025 after a long battle with health complications. He was born on September 6, 1967, in Weirton, WV a son of the late Hubert “Pete” Sr and Wanda (Johnson) Riggs. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one infant brother Randy Riggs. Hubert graduated Brooke High School class of 1987 and worked for Servsteel in Morgan PA, as a laborer. He was Christian by faith and was an avid outdoorsman, he had a love for hunting and fishing. Surviving is his daughter, Jessica Frye and companion Kyle Davis of Marietta, OH; two brothers: Rex (Charlene) Johnson of Colliers, WV and Doug (Raylene) Riggs of Wellsburg, WV; one sister, Judy Riggs of Wellsburg; and several nephews, nieces, great nephews and great nieces, and many friends.
