BEATRICE JANE REFFITT, 78, of Wellsburg, WV died peacefully on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at home surrounded by her family. She was born on October 17, 1946, in Buckhannon, WV a daughter of the late Earl Perrine and Madeline Ruth Taylor. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters. Beatrice was a homemaker throughout the years. She was always willing to lend a hand or volunteer with sports or school activities when it came to raising her family who has been her world throughout the years. She enjoyed crafting, sewing, gardening and antique shopping with her family. If you needed it, she would always find it or have it. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren whom she adored. She is survived by her beloved husband of 54 years, Audra Edward Reffitt at home; two daughters, Rebecca “Ruth” Cross and Yolanda (Todd) Elliott, both of Wellsburg, WV; one sister, Donna Roberts of TX; four grandchildren, Mindy Triplett, Randall Triplett II, Drake Swiger and companion Brett Boyce, and Lance Elliott and companion Kara Vincenzo; two great grandchildren, Dorian Triplett and Tegan Jane Triplett; and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. There was no visitation. All services and inurnment were held privately at the convenience of the family. Arrangements were under the direction of Mullenbach Funeral Home. Follansbee.
