BEATRICE JANE REFFITT, 78, of Wellsburg, WV died peacefully on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at home surrounded by her family. She was born on October 17, 1946, in Buckhannon, WV a daughter of the late Earl Perrine and Madeline Ruth Taylor. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
