Sarah Lucille “Lucy” Lemasters

SARAH LUCILLE “LUCY” LEMASTERS, 77, of Wellsburg, WV died peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, August 24, 2025, at Weirton Medical Center. She was born on March 11, 1948, in Cross Creek, WV a daughter of the late George and Faye Josephine (McManis) Tingler. In addition to her parents, Sarah is preceded in death by her beloved husband Paul E. Lemasters, Sr. on March 8, 2024; one son, Paul E. Lemasters, Jr. on April 19, 2025; seven brothers, Francis, Michael, Harold, Henry, Chuck, Butch, and George Tinger; and five sisters, Donna Hanlin, Dorothy Arnold, Jeanette Denbow, Alice Baker, and June Ann Tingler. Sarah was Nazarene by faith and was a member of the American Legion Post 45. She had a green thumb and enjoyed planting flowers in her garden, cooking, and celebrating Christmas with her family. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, and furry companions. Sarah is survived by one daughter, Jennifer (Raymond) Dintini of Wellsburg, WV; four grandchildren, Autum (David) Montelione, Tera (Ken) Durbin, Ricky (Marilyn) Dintini, and Cory Lemasters; three step grandchildren, Emily Fieldman, Justin Fieldman, and Sierra Iverson; five great grandchildren, Maria, Nina, Josephine, Matthew, and Barrett; her furry companion Jessie; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 29, 2025, at Mullenbach Funeral Home, Follansbee, where funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at 10 a.m., with Pastor Brian Knight officiating.
