On Sunday, August 17 Post 34 Wellsburg American Legion held its annual picnic for members and their families. Food, drinks, giveaways, and music were provided. The Post would like to give a big thank you to its officers and veterans. Without them, this event would not be possible. The Post would also like to thank everyone who helped and attended to make the picnic a huge success for the fifth year.
On Saturday August 23, the Post had the privilege of being part of a poker run, sponsored by the Weirton VFW. The Post thanks all who participated in the poker run.
