PATRICIA ANN SIMS, 83 of Wellsburg, WV died peacefully on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at the Brightwood Nursing Home in Follansbee, WV. She was born on October 3, 1941, in Wheeling, WV a daughter of the late Bob and Mary (Langle) Pringle.
