PATRICIA ANN SIMS, 83 of Wellsburg, WV died peacefully on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at the Brightwood Nursing Home in Follansbee, WV. She was born on October 3, 1941, in Wheeling, WV a daughter of the late Bob and Mary (Langle) Pringle. In addition to her mother and stepfather, Patricia is preceded in death by two sons, William and Douglas Sims. Patricia was a member of the Wellsburg Presbyterian Church. She spent her time as a homemaker and loved spending time with her family most. Patricia is survived by her husband, Richard Sims at home; one daughter, Darlene McFadden of Follansbee, WV; and three grandchildren, Angelica (Nick) Holden of Weirton, WV, and Ashley, and Alicia. Visitation for Patricia was held on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 and again on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 until the time of the funeral service, with Pastor Joy Leasure officiating, at Mullenbach Funeral Home, Follansbee.
