JOANNE MARCELLA MASTROIANNI, of Weirton, WV passed away unexpectedly at her home on Monday, September 1, 2025. Born on August 21, 1936, in Steubenville, she was a beloved daughter of Stanley and Eleanor (Humienny) Mieczkowski.
