HALEY DAWN DULANEY, 24, of Follansbee, WV passed away on Sunday, September 28, 2025, at home. Born on March 27, 2001, in Wheeling, WV a daughter of the late, John Gilbert and Lee Ann (Thomas) Dulaney. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Duane Thomas. She graduated from Brooke High School in 2021. Haley was Christian by faith. Haley loved making people laugh and loved her daughters more than anything along with her pop. Haley is survived by her two children, Nailah and Lucianna Montgomery at home; her brother, Caden Dulaney of Follansbee, WV; a sister, Paige Dulaney of Follansbee; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Visitation was held on Friday, October 3, 2025 until the time of her celebration of life, at Mullenbach Funeral Home, Follansbee, with words of remembrance by family and friends.
