Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of November, 2025, at 2:30 o’clock p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, John Michael Deemer III will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s name from Jophn Michael Deemer III to Claire Marie Deemer, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
