The Brooke County Public Library will be hosting Michal Traubert on Thursday, Oct. 30, at 5 p.m., in the Vincent Room of the Wellsburg Library.
Mr. Traubert will be discussing the history of witchcraft in Brooke County. Mr. Traubert is a descendant of Daniel Higgins, Sr., who, according to legend, was the victim of a witch’s spell.
