SHIRLEY MAE WILLIS RYNIAWEC, 80, of Wheeling, WV passed away October 22, 2025, at home. She was born February 16, 1945, in Wellsburg, WV to the late Elmer and Ruth Martin Willis. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her son Nick Ryniawec; a brother, Larry Willis; three sisters: Betty McVicker, Margaret Willis Miller, and Dolores (Jane) Willis Baker; and two grandsons, Michael Willis and Nick “Hoss” Ryniawec who were waiting for her as she entered Heaven’s Gates. She is survived by her husband, Mike Ryniawec; three sons: Tim (Rhonda) Ryniawec, Dave (Eleanor) Ryniawec both of Wheeling, WV and Mike Ryniawec of Franklin, WV; a daughter, Patricia Willis of Wellsburg, WV; two sisters, Wanda Jones of Beech Bottom, WV and Bess Willis of Wellsburg; nine grandchildren: Angelina, Jade, Tash, Timmy, Jenna, Urie, Nathan, Adam, and Jess; thirteen great grandchildren: Liv, Treston, Izabella, Tatiana, Inessa, Dimitri, Brookelyn, Gabryell, Caleb, Oaklee, Floki, and Jaxson; and two great great grandchildren, Giovanni and Vincent. Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at Reasner Funeral Home, Wellsburg. Funeral services were held Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at the funeral home with pastor John Hudnall officiating.
