MARTHA KAY POLLOCK, 85, of Wellsburg, WV died peacefully on Saturday, December 24, 2022, at Select Specialty Hospital in Wheeling, WV. Martha was born on July 31, 1937, in Wheeling, WV a daughter of the late David Orrin and Martha (Passavant) Liggett, Sr. In addition to her parents Martha is also preceded in death by her brother, David Liggett; and a brother-in-law Ronnie Dixon.
