DONNA ROSE (SARDELLI) NORMAN, 78, of Follansbee, WV died peacefully on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at Valley Hospice Care North in Steubenville, OH. Born July 4, 1947, in Wheeling, WV a daughter of the late Mario and Victoria (Kloss) Sardelli. In addition to her parents, Donna is preceded in death by her two sisters, Sandra Kay and Janet. Donna graduated from Weir High School and then from Wheeling Beauty College. Her career had her taking on many roles as a caretaker with the Brooke-Hancock Mental Health, as a clerk at Chem-lawn, and as a beautician where she owned and operated her own salon the Donna’s Beauty Shop. Donna was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church. In her spare time, she enjoyed crocheting and worked word search books and enjoyed playing cards. She is survived by her loving husband, Kenneth Norman at home; her sister, Rebecca (Glenn) Ayers of Bethany, WV; two sisters-in-law, Virginia “Kitty” DiPietrantonio and Patricia (Paul) Neeley; a brother-in-law, David (Debbie) Norman; several nieces and nephews, among them Nicolette Ayers Haspel and husband, Dusty and Abigail Ayers; and many cousins and friends. Visitation for Donna was held on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at Mullenbach Funeral Home, Follansbee. A Catholic Funeral Mass was celebrated on Monday, November 17, 2025, at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Follansbee, with the Rev. Father Gerald Muoka as celebrant.
