MARCY JO ROBINSON, 46, of Follansbee, WV died peacefully on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at home. She was born on September 21, 1979, in Wheeling, WV a daughter of Lisa (Yost) Mozingo of Colliers, WV and Rick Robinson of Loda, IL. Marcy is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Virgie and James Yost and her paternal grandparents, Marjorie and Carl Jones. She graduated from Brooke High School Class of 1998 and went on to EGCC to study nursing. Marcy was Budhist by faith. She loved to dance, crack jokes, and be a homemaker for her family. In addition to her parents, Marcy is survived by two children, Andres Ramos of South Park, PA, and Kyle Salsberry of East Liverpool, OH; one sister, Toni Shaffer and fiancé Nick Cataldo of Monaca, PA; two nephews, Ezra and Cameron; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Visitation was held on Monday, November 24, 2025, at Mullenbach Funeral Home, Follansbee. Inurnment was held privately. Arrangements were under the direction of Mullenbach Funeral Home.
