EDWARD VICTOR FOLDEN, 78, of Follansbee, WV, passed away on Monday, December 1, 2025, at WVU Medicine – Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. Edward was born on March 3, 1947, in Dunbar, WV.
