CAROL FRANCES LEONARD, 69, of Wellsburg, WV died peacefully on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at home. Born February 12, 1956, in Wheeling, WV a daughter of the late John Edward and Linda Madeline (Raineri) Leonard. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Brenda Bass. Carol graduated from Brooke High School in 1974. She retired from Valley Haven Nursing Home where she worked as a nurse’s aide. Carol was Christian by faith. In her spare time she loved spending time with her pets. Surviving are three siblings, Kathy (Chuck) Cross, Susan (Larry) Trader, and John E. (Joyce) Leonard all of Wellsburg, WV; several nieces and nephews; and her furry companions. There was no visitation. A private family gathering will be held at the convenience of the family.
