CAROL FRANCES LEONARD, 69, of Wellsburg, WV died peacefully on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at home. Born February 12, 1956, in Wheeling, WV a daughter of the late John Edward and Linda Madeline (Raineri) Leonard. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Brenda Bass.
